What if the system can't find my notice?
There are several reasons why this might happen:
1. Make sure you have entered both the notice number and your vehicle's registrations correctly
2. The system may not show tickets issued within the last 24 hours.
3. The time allowed for the payment of your PCN has expired.
If you are unable to make your payment online, you should contact the Parking Service on 0845 130 5758.
This method of payment is provided in addition to the conventional methods detailed on this site or on the reverse of your PCN. If your notice cannot be found in the system or this system is not operational at any time, this does not constitute a valid reason for failing to pay your notice.
